Cheerleading Interval Training

Cheerbata is Cheerleading Interval Training that helps you stay motivated and focus during your daily workouts! Cheerbata utilizes interval training techniques of 20 seconds of training and 10 seconds of rest. This is called a “cycle”. One Cheerbata mix contains 8 cycles. A total of 4 minutes! As an individual cheerleader or dancer working out alone or as a coach assigning your team the exercises, you can customize each workout to fit your needs. Get your team off the couch and sweating several times a day!
