All GCM designs retain the original licensing and publishing affiliations. For ASCAP and BMI information, please visit and All music is purchased (through ITunes) by GCM at the time of the design and is kept on file for your teams use. Got Cheer Music is a cheerleading and dance music design company. We do not sell, replicate, or produce music. We are not selling the actual music but the mixing of the purchased music. Every revision that exceeds the Music Pack limits are charged of a set standard rate per hour. “Rushes” can be placed on all orders for an additional coast.

All orders will be sent when full payment is received.


**Design changes include adding/removing 1 or 2 eight counts, switching sound effects, replacing a song.

*** Please be advised that if no song selections are sent and you have authroized for GCM to create a mix, if you dislike the songs that have been chosen, there will be a charge of $100.00 to reproduce the mix with your desired songs.

Your “free” pack revisions begin after your final mix is sent to you. Valid ONLY within the current competition season.

For Compliant Cheer Mixes, Got Cheer Music, LLC (GCM) purchases the licenses on behalf of the team/organization with the order. GCM will then provide the licensing information in its completion when the mix is delivered. The purchasing team/organization is then bound to the rules and regulations of the licenses specified by the license provider. Please read your rights carefully. You will not be granted rights to commercially distribute these recordings, in parts or entirely, or as part of any other remix. You cannot grant these rights to any other entity.

Organization Checks can be accepted for a surcharge of $100.00. All checks must clear before mixes can be sent.

After production of all voiceovers, there is a $20.00 per 8c charge to revise or replace.

Why we value your privacy

We value your privacy as much as we do our own, so we’re committed to keeping your personal and business information safe. We’re uncomfortable with the information companies, governments, and other organisations keep on file, so we ask for only the bare minimum from our customers. We’ll never use your personal information for any reason other than why you gave it, and we’ll never give anyone access to it unless we’re forced to by law.

How we collect information

We ask for contact information including your name, email address, and phone number, on our website so that we can reply to your enquiry.

Our website doesn’t use cookies or scripts that were designed to track the websites you visit. We don’t use analytics or native social media ‘like’ or ‘sharing’ buttons which also build profiles of your internet activity.

We ask for your account and contact information when you buy something from us.

What information we hold

When you contact us by email or through our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the company you work for, if you’ve given us that.

When you buy something from us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and a delivery address.

If you do business with us, we also collect your business name and bank details and keep records of the invoices we send you and the payments you make.

Purchases are processed by PayPal and we never have access to your credit card information. Purchases can also be made through bank to bank transfer and your bank controls all of your sensitive data.

Where we store your information

When you contact us by email or through our website, we store your information in our accounts software, QuickBooks. We chose this system partly for their commitment to security.

Who has access to information about you

When we store information in our own systems, only the people who need it have access. Our management team have access to everything you’ve provided, but individual employees have access to only what they need to do their job.

The steps we take to keep your information private

Where we store your information in third-party services, we restrict access only to people who need it.

The computers we use are protected by a passcode or fingerprint access. These computers ask for authentication whenever they’re started or after 5 minutes of inactivity. Our mobile devices are also protected by passcodes, fingerprint or facial recognition.
